Why Do You Need A Bathroom Cleaning Checklist For Your Kids?
Checklists and schedules are a great help to moms and dads who want to delegate some of the household chores to their kids. Checklists help kids to focus and give clear instructions on what to do and when to do it.
Schedules also help to keep kids organized, helping them to learn to work smart in a focused way. Of course, both checklists and schedules are great for making sure that important things get done by the person who is responsible for the chore, so that there can be no arguing and grumbling!
Checklists and schedules make chores more efficient and fun, and ultimately more manageable for everyone. And, of course, there is nothing more satisfying than marking off something on a checklist as soon as it’s done!

How To Use Our Kid’s Bathroom Cleaning Schedule And Checklist
There are a few ways to use our printable kid’s bathroom cleaning schedule and checklist.
By the way, we have purposefully created the checklist to be black and white so that it is more flexible to use.
The first way you can use the checklist is to print it out on white paper or cardboard and then color code it according to each person who is assigned a task. In our example, Jenna is red, Brody is blue, Mom is green, and Dad is orange. Each person is assigned a specific task on a day, and when they have completed it, the chore is ticked off. By printing it in black and white, your kids can also have fun decorating and coloring it as they would like to!
Another way to use the checklist is to color code the actual checkboxes themselves with each person’s assigned color. When the task is completed, then the person can either sign that they have completed their task or a sticker can be placed on the chart to confirm the task is complete, for example. Signing off on a completed task can be a fun way to make kids feel important! And of course, kids love stickers!
And finally, the checklist can be printed on different colored paper or cardboard so that it matches with your bathroom theme or your kids’ favorite colors.
As promised, we have also included a copy of the schedule without any chores listed. In this way, you can add your own chores to the checklist. If you would like something similar for other rooms in your house, just let us know in the comments section below!
