If you have visited our blog before then you may have come across our article with ideas for cozy reading nooks for girls. In that article, we featured a collection of some of our favorite designs with one in particular standing out as a favorite among the folks on Pinterest. This is it…
We thought it would be fun to try to find products to replicate this look. So, in this article, you will find links to a few product ideas you could take a look at if you were keen to create a similar cozy reading nook in your own home.
We scoured Amazon to try to find the perfect pieces to help you bring this cozy reading nook to life and we hope you’ll find some inspiration in the products we’ve curated below (the links provided are Amazon affiliate links which means we may earn a small commission if you decide to buy something through them).
Please forgive me for not including images of the products we found! At the moment Amazon doesn’t allow us to download images off their website but we are working on sorting that out and will update the article with pics as soon as we can!

Floor Cushion
A big cozy floor cushion is a must-have for this cozy reading nook! We found a few that you could use that are big, round, and comfy (each link opens in a new window).
Throw Cushions
Adding extra scatter cushions and throw pillows is a great way to add to the cozy vibe of the corner. We looked for 26″ cushions with linen, corduroy, and cotton waffle weave cushion covers (I’ve included links to the inserts and the covers). There are lots of colors available for these covers so I’m sure you will find something you like!
Wall Shelves
I’m not going to lie, it was actually pretty difficult to find the floating shelves in the picture. There were lots of regular shelves like this but no long ones that were specifically designed for the corner. So after brainstorming, we came up with the following solution that uses two regular floating wall shelves:
Of course, installing the shelves in this way means one side is slightly longer than the other but I don’t think that is too much of a trainsmash. If you have any ideas of other ways to install the shelves please do let us know!
Floor Rug
If you are looking for a comfy floor rug then you might like the ideas that we found here. They come in lots of different sizes and colors if you want to mix and match with your throw cushions.
Wicker Basket
The wicker basket in the image is a great way to store things like toys, throw blankets, or anything else that you don’t want cluttering up the space.
Fairy Lights And Picture Frames
So many cozy nooks include fairy lights and this design is no exception! I’ve included a link to a 16′ string of fairy lights that come in different colors so you can change the look and feel of the space if you would like to.
I’ve also included links for picture frame sets that also come in lots of different colors.
Plants and Candles
I love the look of the little plants and candles that are used to decorate the space. However, with kids, you don’t necessarily want real candles so I’ve included links to battery-operated candles that you could use instead.
And just like the fake candles, I’ve also included a link to a set of faux plants that you can add to your decor – no watering! No mess!
